Easy garlic peanut sauce

This is a good, no-cook peanut sauce. Will the snobby tasters like it? Who knows? But we like it as a good sauce for pasta (a little runnier consistency), dipping veggies (thick), and even chicken. You can adjust the garlic, spice, and consistency for your needs. I make it on the fly, without real measurements, but here is an estimate of my last batch. It’s yummy!

Easy garlic peanut sauce

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1 cup hot broth (adjust to consistency desired) or part broth/part coconut milk

hot sauce, chili powder, or red pepper flakes, depending on your preferences

1/4t garlic powder

Mix ingredients together and adjust to taste.
