Haystacks

This is a recipe that I always think of when it gets cold. My family kept them in the freezer, so I like them cold–but others like them at room temperature (you can store them either way). You can also add peanuts or other nuts as you like.

  • 1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 bag milk chocolate chips
  • approximately 15 oz chow mein noodles

Melt the chips in a bowl. Stir in about 2/3 of noodles until coated, adding more as needed.

Using two spoons, form the haystacks and put on a baking sheet. Chill and eat!
