Menu-planning Monday

This week, I have no idea what our plans are yet, so things are a little tentative for that so far. Bli neder, you can expect a slowcooker recipe review from me after our Wednesday crockpot meal.

As always, we keep breakfast and lunch flexible depending on what we’re in the mood for with the ingredients I keep on hand.

Breakfasts: Yogurt, cereal, and eggs (and fruit)

Lunches: Sandwiches, pizza bagels, and quesadillas (and a veggie)

Sunday: Waffles

Monday: (Clean Out your Refrigerator Night) CORN (Shabbat leftovers: kugels, salads.)

Tuesday: Bean, rice, and cheese enchiladas

Wednesday: (Slow cooker) Mole chicken with rice

Thursday: (Pasta night) Garlic buttered noodles and green salad

Friday: Challah, salads (roasted eggplant, hummus, pepper salad, olive tapenade, and zhug), Moroccan cigars, pumpkin peanut soup, cookies.

Shabbat lunch: Challah, salads, noodle kugel, beef and bean chili, cookies.

What are your menu plans for the week? If you blog about it, please put a link to your menu plan in the comments below.
