21 Day Challenge: Bit by Bit

It takes a while to form a routine or a habit, right? That’s the moral of the story for today’s challenge. You can’t turn everything around over night (unfortunately!!)

Today, the practical assignment was to choose one small step to do every day for the next week: make your bed, file your papers immediately, put away laundry when it’s folded…It’s a step to build on. I’m going to keep my desk cleared off. It gives me a boost to see that empty space, and it gives me the space to work on my projects!

Then it’s time to do Day 2 of your mega-project. I updated my Shabbat checklist (find the template for that here: Shabbat checklist.) New house, new circumstances, new checklist. It helps me keep things together as Shabbat comes in – and it’s really early here!

Shabbat shalom, and stay tuned for more! (If you’re looking to buy the book I’m following along with, here’s the link: 21 Days to a More Disciplined Life.)
