Yep, it’s Passover cleaning time! Since we had dh at home today, and all the kids were here, we tackled something a little bigger together in our Passover countdown punchboard – cleaning the van.
Now, we try to minimize eating in the van in theory. But because we bring our food most places we go, and because the kids are 9 and down, and because of…well, life, I guess!…the cracker crumbs multiply and the cheerios and other chametzdik pieces abound.
And so every year, we take everything out, wipe it all down and vacuum it like crazy. And every year, we say we need to do it more often. And we try to keep it relatively clean. But every year, it looks like this when we empty it out…
Luckily, we have (mostly) eager helpers, and after a lemonade break (or two), our work is done. Bit by bit, we’re inching toward Passover together!
